به گفتهٔ معاون توسعه مدیریت و منابع استانداری، در یک هفتهٔ اخیر «۳۰۰مدرسه در هرمزگان هوشمندسازی شده» و به شبکهٔ اینترنت متصل شده‌اند
نازنین شیبانی افزود از این تعداد ۱۳۰ مدرسه روستایی در شهرستان بشاگرد طی سه روز اخیر هوشمندسازی شده و مودم اینترنت رایگان تحویل مدیر مدرسه شده است
به گفتهٔ وی، تاکنون ۱,۱۳۰روستای استان به شبکه ملی اطلاعات و اینترنت پرسرعت متصل شده‌اند
